We will arrange an initial consultation with you which helps us to understand your goals and what is important to you. Ideally this will be a face-to-face meeting over a coffee at our offices where one of our Property Consultants will meet you. If you are located outside of the area, then we will arrange a Skype or telephone call with you instead. We will then help you to set your investment criteria and your targets which may include budget, location, tenant type, return on investment (ROI), or yield.

We then get to work and using our network, we will find you a property that matches your criteria.

To do this we search on and off market deals using agents as well as direct-to-vendor marketing through our network of sourcers, marketing and property experts.  We estimate all the costs relating to purchase which include finance, legal, holding, refurbishment, bills, agent, voids, insurance against the market rent and re sale value to give us reliable figures to evaluate the quality of the deal.

We will negotiate the deal on your behalf and get you to 'offer agreed' with the Vendor, or the Vendor's Agent. You can then leverage our professional team which includes Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors, Planning Consultants, Builders, and more. We will introduce you to all of the contacts you need for a successful purchase.
We charge nothing up front to register as an investor with us (which is the same for all of our services). We charge a Sourcing Fee for any deals you decide to proceed with.
All you need to do is ask us to CALL YOU BACK and once we've answered any queries you have and we understand your requirements we'll then register you to receive matching property alerts.
